APW7102茂达电子高效能PWM同步降压稳压IC,APW7102整合同步切换开关,具备更高效能并节省电路板空间,固定1.3MHz的开关切换频率,APW7102可以在设计时使用较小型滤波组件,非常适合轻薄小巧的便携设备。 当输出负载过大时,APW7102内部的限流电路及与过热保护机制启动以保护系统,APW7102电流回授模式的架构提供快速的输入电压及负载瞬时响应。APW7102可提供800mA 的负载电流,操作电压为2.5V~5.5V,操作温度为–40°C~125°C。

The APW7102 is a high efficiency monolithic synchronous buck regulator. APW7102 operates with a constant 1.3MHz switching frequency and uses the inductor current  as  a  control led  quanti ty  in  the  current mode architecture. The 2.5V to 5.5V input voltage range makes the APW7102 ideally suited for single Li-Ion battery powered applications.100% duty cycle provides low dropout operation, extending battery  life  in portable electrical devices. The internally fixed 1.3MHz operating frequency allows  the use of small surface mount  inductors and capacitors. The  integrated synchronous switches  increase the efficiency and eliminate the need for an external Schottky diode. Low output voltages are easily supported with  the 0.6V  feedback reference voltage. The APW7102 is available in a low profile TSOT package for saving the printed circuit board area.
