APW7104茂达电子新推出一款高效能PWM同步降压稳压IC。APW7104整合同步切换开关，具备更高效能并节省电路板空间，固定1.5MHz的开关切换频率，可以在设计时使用较小型滤波组件，APW7104非常适合轻薄小巧的便携设备。 当输出负载过大时，APW7104内部的限流电路及与过热保护机制启动以保护系统，电流回授模式的架构提供快速的输入电压及负载瞬时响应。APW7104可提供1000mA的负载电流，操作电压为2.5V~6.0V，APW7104提供SOT-23-5/TSOT-23-5A封装，温度范围可达-40℃到+85℃。

APW7104 is a 1.5MHz high efficiency monolithic synchronous buck regulator. Design with current mode scheme,the APW7104 is stable with ceramic output capacitor. Input voltage from 2.5V to 6.0V makes the APW7104 ideally suited for single Li-Ion battery powered applications. 100% duty cycle provides low dropout operation, extending battery life in portable electrical devices. The internally fixed 1.5MHz operating frequency allows the using of small surface mount inductors and capacitors. The synchronous switches included inside increase the efficiency and eliminate the need of an external Schottky diode.
The APW7104 is available in SOT-23-5/TSOT-23-5 packages。
